for trade & professional associations
Associations already run job boards — by hand, over email, priced by the millimetre. Ordano turns that into a self-serve board your members and their employers actually enjoy using. EU-hosted, flat monthly fee, your own payment provider.
€49–149 / month · members post free · you keep 100%
the gap
We scanned ~2,900 German and Dutch associations. The US challengers own cheap. The European incumbents (Jobiqo, Madgex) own enterprise. Nobody served small associations with affordable, EU-hosted software — so their boards stayed hand-built. That corner is where Ordano sits.
the problem
A member emails the office a Word doc. Someone copies it onto the site by hand, chases the invoice, and takes it down a month later. Multiply by every vacancy.
Most boards bolt onto a print media-kit: €5 per column-millimetre, a PDF rate card, ‘prices on request’. Nobody — not even the association — can quote a job price cleanly.
Where a board exists it’s a WordPress plugin or a TYPO3 extension nobody maintains. Members tolerate it because there’s no alternative that’s cheap and European.
how it works
Self-serve form on your branded board. Title, location, description — done. No email to your office.
Ordano checks membership and applies your price. Non-members check out through your own Stripe or Mollie. The money is yours; we never touch it.
The vacancy goes live instantly and comes down when its run ends. Your team’s inbox stays empty.
the pricing convention
It’s the pattern we found in the wild, made effortless: Ordano verifies who’s a member and prices accordingly. Run it as a free member service, or as a revenue centre where non-members pay real money — the crossover sits around €250–300, and you set it.
